Welcome to my FIRST PLAYTHROUGH of the puzzle-themed DLC, "The Hideaway," for LITTLE NIGHTMARES! Right from the start, I could see that this expansion draws significant inspiration from the talented developers over at Playdead, particularly if you've played their game, Inside. The influence is so evident in a specific puzzle that, once you recognize it, you won't be able to unsee it!
In this DLC, our main task is to rescue and find the Nomes. These adorable little creatures play a crucial role in our escape. As you find and rescue the Nomes, they assist you in your journey to freedom. However, escaping is no simple feat; it requires a machine powered by coal, and this machine demands a lot of coal... A LOT!
I absolutely fell in love with the little Nomes in this DLC! Their charm and the unique gameplay elements they bring make this expansion a truly delightful experience.
