Visualizing pockets on COVID-19 protease!
This video shows some pockets (the colored volumes) on the 3CL-Protease of SARS-CoV-2. Some of these pockets may be visible from experimentally determined structures; Others may not. These pockets are potential targets for drug design methods to develop treatments for COVID19!
Using Folding@home simulations we are working to observe as many of these pockets as we can in a variety of COVID19 proteins!
