Прес гідравлічний для видавлювання пастоподібних і в'язких продуктів до дозуючого пристрою. Виготовляються преса під діжі об'ємом 300, 500 і 1000 л. Підйом каретки з діжею і видавлювання продукту з діжі здійснюється за допомогою гідроциліндра, а постійний тиск у діжі дає змогу досягти високої точності фасування. Поршень преса забезпечений силіконово-гумовим ущільненням, в якому підтримується необхідний для процесу видавлювання продукту тиск, за допомогою повітря. Прес забезпечений системою захисту, зокрема і в механічному виконанні. Напруга - 380 Вольт, частота 50 Гц, виконання електрообладнання - загальнопромислове (IP).

Hydraulic press for extruding pasty and viscous products to the dosing device. The presses are manufactured for 300, 500 and 1000 liters capacity bowls. Lifting of the carriage with the bowl and squeezing of the product out of the bowl is carried out by means of a hydraulic cylinder, and constant pressure in the bowl allows to achieve high accuracy of filling. The piston of the press is equipped with a silicone-rubber seal, in which the pressure necessary for the product extrusion process is maintained with the help of air. The press is equipped with a protection system, also in mechanical version. Voltage - 380 Volt, frequency 50 Hz, electrical equipment execution - general industrial (IP).
