Дисольвер стаціонарний з робочим об’ємом 3 м3, з двома валами, з сорочкою охолодження/нагріву, вертикальний, циліндричний, на трьох верхніх бокових опорах, з пультом управління (Ех) та електрошафою (IP). Опори під естакаду виконуються для подальшої установки тензодатчиків, розміри яких надає Покупець. Сорочка охолодження/нагріву – пряма, на проток, оснащена двома фланцевими патрубками ДУ40, с запобіжним клапаном. Допустимий надлишковий тиск у сорочці – до 1 атм. Вали розташовані паралельно один одному: мішалка якорного типу із скребками з фторопласту – по центру дисольвера, а вал з фрезою – збоку. Дисольвер має пласку незнімну кришку з закругленими кутами (min-R20). Кришка оснащена ревізійним люком ДУ 500 мм. і необхідними патрубками в кількості 5 шт. Еліптичне днище з пробовідбірником і зливом по центру. Потужність приводу валу з фрезою – 55 кВт., 380 В., з регульованими обертами від 50 до 1500 об / хв. за допомогою частотного перетворювача. Потужність приводу мішалки рамного типу – 7,5 кВт., 380 В., з регульованими обертами від 5 до 57 об / хв. за допомогою частотного перетворювача. Двигуни (SEW-EURODRIVE), частотний перетворювач (Schneider Electric), та підшипники європейських виробників. Всі деталі дисольвера, що контактують з продуктом, виконуються з харчової нержавіючої сталі (АISI 304). Товщина матеріалу корпусу ємності – не менше 5 мм. Шорсткість внутрішньої поверхні Ra=0,8. В дисольвері не передбачена функція вакуумування продукту. До комплекту поставки не входить естакада та вагове обладнання.

All parts of the dissolver in contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel (AISI 304). The thickness of the container body material is at least 5 mm. The roughness of the inner surface is Ra=0.8. The dissolver does not provide a product vacuuming function. The scope of delivery does not include a trestle and weighing equipment.
