DRUM CAM - Wedding Gig Highlights May 2024
I've recently started taking my Zoom Q2n camera out on my wedding band gigs and running my in-ear monitor feed into it from an extra output on the mixer that I use. The audio has turned out quite nicely for the most post without any editing or EQing after the fact. The clips here are from 3 different gigs over the past couple weeks as I tried to tweak my mix each gig (without sacrificing what I was actutally hearing in my in-ears) to get it sounding good for the video. I hope that those who have asked for better audio with these "drum cam" videos are pleased with the turn out. Although the drums are the most prominent in the mix, you can still hear the rest of the band pretty clearly through the many types of songs we grace in the course of a gig.
