Anime Evolution 2013: Cosplay Videography
Another year, another convention. Yet more amazing cosplays worn by attendees.
I wanted to do something different this time. Instead of focusing on panels I decided to focus almost entirely on the cosplayers themselves. It's a recently established artform known as cosplay videography which you take video instead of pictures of cosplayers. I'm more of a video person myself so this was a good fit for me.
The result was fantastic. Watching it on 1080 offers nearly the same level of detail as viewing cosplayers in photographs. Throw in some camera panning and closeups and you have a picture of over 9000 words.
Thank you sooo super much to the cosplayers who contributed to this video. Your costumes where amazing and it's good to see them in such detail. You where very patient and even very talented in portraying your characters.
