I this video you will see how to make a fire if you do not have your hobo stove with you.
The construction I prefer is a grid structure because it creates lots of heat, is simple, stable and suitable for cooking. Therefore after the process of firemaking I am doing a boiling test as well.
As fuel I am using logs of wood.
This one is very useful as a campfire.
