Near Miss or background noise?
This is a short collection of clips taken out of the many hours of riding (and a bit of driving) I have collated over the past decade. It was to be part of my presentation at the Fleet Forum conference 2023. However it ended up on the cutting room floor due to time restrictions. So I have shared it here separately instead.

As a systemic viewer I see this as just reality.

Yes sure some will say the way to address this is greater punishments.
