How to Turn Off 'Find My' using a Web Browser
This video shows an example of how to turn off the 'Find My' service using a web browser, e.g. Safari or Google Chrome.
If you are bringing your device in for service to Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider, you might be asked to turn off the 'Find My' service, so the technicians can perform a repair.
If you are unable to disable 'Find My' on your device, you can alternatively disable it using a web browser.
In case you are having trouble with your Apple ID password, here's how to reset it.

Instructions on how to turn off 'Find My':
1. Open Safari or any other web browser.
2. Go to iCloud.com
3. Log in to your Apple ID.
4. Click on 'Find iPhone'
5. Click 'All Devices'
6. Choose the device, that you wish to remove from the 'Find My' network.
7. Click on 'Remove from Account'
You will not lose any personal data on your device by doing this. As soon as the device is turned back on, it will reactivate this service.
8. Click Remove
9. Enter your Apple ID password and click 'Remove' again.
Once the device is powered on and reconnected to the internet it will automatically reappear on your 'Find My' network.
We recommend turning 'Find My' back on as soon as you receive your device back from the service.
