Having trouble signing in to your Apple ID?
Go to settings on your current iPhone, tap on your name at the top, and your Apple ID will be in a form of an email address which will be located at the top of the screen, underneath your name.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. Go into Settings on your current iPhone, tap on your name at the top, and then navigate to the tab 'Password & Security'. From there you can change the password by entering your passcode.
