It’s fast approaching the ten-year anniversary for drinking TianChi. Longevity is a good sign that you make something important and I’m happy for that. The drink has evolved over the years along with my understanding of the essential needs of the brain. The taste has also evolved along with my rigidity about taking it alone. I’ve learned so much from our clients and my own kids that I feel compelled to share it, just in case it may enhance your own TianChi® experience.
The standard practice still applies to new customers and that is the idea of empty stomach, first thing in the morning. This helps your brain take full advantage of the herbs and amino acids for stabilizing a stressed out and depleted brain. Wait at least 30-45 minutes for absorption of the amino acid tyrosine. It’s a great way to boost dopamine and power up your brain.
That said, the next best way to take it is during your morning break, a few hours after eating breakfast. This seems to work well for those who just have to have a taste of java in the morning and eat right away. If you’d like a second one, as a lot of our customers do, wait until mid afternoon.
