There’s been a lot of talk lately about food as information. This is way beyond the normal idea of nutrition being defined by vitamins and minerals. Seeing food as a means of communication may take some imagination at first but I have to admit, it makes more sense to me than the normal system of vitamins and minerals.

Food as information also explains how our bodies end up with different diseases, and how they can magically recover from the same. What if our body is only manifesting what we tell it to, based on the information in our food?

Think about the fact that the entire lining of your digestion changes in 3-7 days. The whole idea of manufacturing a new digestive lining every week astounds me.
