Speculoos-style spiced butter cookies 🍪

In the rainy or cold season I feel like making cookies and these ones I share with you with spices are super easy, they are known as speculoos and are originally from Belgium, I have given them a nice design with stamps that I got in a store but you can cut them only in squares or use the cutters you have at home, join me to see them.

🍪Ingredientes:
110 gr de Mantequilla sin sal.
2 Yemas de Huevo (33 gr).
80 gr de Azucar Morena (1/2 Taza).
1/4 a 1/2 cdta de Sal.
200 gr de Harina común(1 1/2 Taza + 2 Cdas).
10 gr de Maicena(1 Cda).
1/2 cdta esencia de vainilla.
1/8 cdta de Polvo para hornear.
1/8 cdta de Bicarbonato de sodio.
1 cdta de Canela molida.
1/2 cdta Jengibre molido.
1/4 cdta Nuez Moscada.
1/4 cdta de Clavo Molido.
Pizca de Cardamomo (opcional).
Pizca de Anis estrella molido(opcional).

🍪Ingredients:
110 gr of unsalted butter.
2 Egg Yolks (33 gr).
80 gr of Brown Sugar (1/2 Cup).
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Salt.
200 gr of common flour (1 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp).
10 gr of Cornstarch (1 Tbsp).
1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
1/8 tsp of Baking powder.
1/8 tsp of Baking soda.
1 tsp of ground cinnamon.
1/2 tsp ground ginger.
1/4 tsp nutmeg.
1/4 tsp ground cloves.
Pinch of cardamom (optional).
Pinch of ground star anise (optional).
