🍎Ingredientes (18 a 20Pzas):
200 gr de Mantequilla sin sal.
90 gr de Azucar Morena licuada por 30 seg (1/2 Taza).
1 cdta de esencia de vainilla.
2 Yemas (43 gr de liquidos).
300 gr de Harina de trigo común (2 1/2 Tazas).
1/4 a 1/2 cdta de Sal.
13 gr de Maicena (2 Cdas).
Relleno:
40 a 50 gr de Mantequilla.
250 gr de Manzanas (2 Pzas).
70 a 85 gr de Azúcar morena.
2 cdta de Canela molida.
1/4 ctda de nuez moscada.
1 Cda de Maicena.
1 Cda de Agua.
Para cubrir:
50 gr de Azucar.
1 Cdta de Canela Molida.

90 gr of brown sugar blended for 30 seconds (1/2 cup).
1 tsp of vanilla essence.
2 yolks (43 gr of liquids).
300 gr of common wheat flour (2 1/2 cups).
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of salt.
13 gr of cornstarch (2 tbsp).
Filling:
40 to 50 gr of butter.
250 gr of apples (2 pcs).
70 to 85 gr of brown sugar.
2 tsp of ground cinnamon.
1/4 tsp of nutmeg.
1 tbsp of cornstarch.
1 tbsp of water.
To cover:
50 gr of sugar.
1 tsp of ground cinnamon.
