Spoonie reminders
A few things popped up in my spoonie life so I’m sharing them as reminders to fellow spoonie friends.
I’ve spent the last couple months with headaches and fatigue that I chalked up to Addisons Disease - but turns out I just needed glasses!
This was an amazing reminder to never ignore our symptoms and to always talk about them and investigate them fully in hopes of finding solutions and resolutions.
In addition to that I share about the importance of having emergency and spare medication everywhere - just to be safe!
My alarm also went off at the end so the video ends abruptly - but as always thank you all for being here!
