"This" Desert Eagle Cybergun is the gas version manufactured by WE; it is "maybe" a clone of the Western Arms model. Not to be confused with other Desert Eagle models, in particular the Cybergun model manufactured by KWC which works exclusively with CO2 magazines.
For having owned several Tokyo Marui models, some of which were equipped with a Guarder metal kit, this WE/Cybergun model is by far my favorite. Full metal guns aren't mandatory me, that being said I must admit that a plastic Deagle is just not the same. Moreover, this version has a slide that moves back as far as the real thing, which is really a plus compared to other models on the market. The backlash is that the slide cycle is a bit slow, but I don't find it to be a dealbreaker. In addition, at 210 € (180 € with discount), the price does not seem crazy to me for a replica of this size, full aluminum and offically licensed.
However, everything is not perfect: the packaging is very very light, to the point of not including a hop up adjustment key or a cleaning rod. In addition, the power is probably a little too high, about 350 FPS. It is not an irreversible problem, it is possible to tweak the rocket valve to reduce the power.
