Create a manual timeline
In addition to create a graph in real time using a spreadsheet (check it here: • Graph from spreadsheet in real time ), you can now create a timeline manually.
While I already implemented an automatic timeline generated by chatGPT from an arbitrary PDF text (check it here: https://ncdata.eu/fileuploadchatgpt), I found the manual option to be especially useful when I need to analyze and summarize events and relationships in a simple, yet effective way, while keeping control of the data I want to include in the timeline.
I still have to implement the printing and copying of the timeline, which I will do either today or tomorrow, but meanwhile you can explore the feature.
Kudos to Stephane (https://stephane-monnot.github.io/rea...) for providing to all the world the library that is used in this implementation - simple, beautiful and effective.
To-do now:
print and copy
allow changing colors and formatting
allow cards to disappear and leave only the text
The "to-do now" should be done in a few hours/days.
