This is my first board build. So not trying to show 'best practice'. This is just documenting what I did, on my first attempt.
Wing foil board dimensions 5'3" x 26" volume: 80L
Steps before this video (not filmed sorry):
High density PVC foam (3mm) sandwiched down with a layer of eGlass, then epoxy vacuumed in place.
The steps in this video:
Mask off edge on top deck to sand/remove carbon fibre too
Pre-cut carbon, peel ply and breather material (I used a 2in1 product but won't next time as it was thick and quite hard to work with)
Layer of epoxy & microballoons filler on board before carbon
Wet layup of carbon on plastic sheeting
Transfer carbon to board (by rolling up) and squeegee/snip carbon neatly around board
Peel ply
Vacuum bag
