Hypothesis: Reviewing a canned list, improving it as needed, then committing to it will allow the team to hold each other accountable to a criteria they all agreed to up front
Time Frame: 6 weeks, ask pivot or persevere: every two weeks
Typical Outcomes: Faster team improvement due to faster discussions around team antipatterns vs their commitments to each other
