Many experts note that some kind of useless layer between medicine and fitness has long appeared. Any fool who has listened to one and a half lectures on fitness testing, went to a seminar on the "influence of the foot on the position of internal organs", thinks that he received a medical education.

Wherever you spit, everyone is trying to correct some movement patterns, invent special corrective exercises, cure hypotonic muscles, diagnose trigger points, correct myofascial syndromes and perform a bunch of other incomprehensible masturbatory actions.

Now such a direction in fitness as "biomechanics" is actively developing. Surely you have seen videos of people writhing with dumbbells or a barbell, as if they were coming out of hell, saying that it is all much more effective than classic training. You should be kicked out of the gym with wet rags, stop disgracing the profession of a trainer!

How can you vacuum the floors at home until you have determined the blood type of your neighbors? How can you start training until you have tested a person up and down? The connection is approximately the same... Equally nothing...

Everyone should mind their own business! If a person has health problems, they should be solved by a doctor, not a trainer! If you need an urgent operation, will you also go to a trainer? Just like training with a doctor is also a strange idea.

Fitness training is not always iron until you shit yourself! Even banal walking is also a workout, it all depends on the person's goal. How should a person be prepared for walking? How can we sit on the toilet every day without understanding that without the right pelvic tilt, we can't even take a shit properly?

Well, I don't know a single person who would come to a trainer and say "fix my anterior pelvic tilt" or "teach me to breathe with my uterus." Yes, there are "problems" because of which a person cannot, for example, squat with a barbell correctly and deeply enough. But the trainer's job is to gradually approach this, take anthropometry into account, do preparatory exercises, smoothly increase the load and complexity of exercises, etc. Replace the squat with a barbell with another exercise, after all. But not make diagnoses!
