Steam Chocolate Moist cake
Recipes by Randy Paa BAKER'S BEST

Batter mixture
2-cup /or 250g all purpose flour
3/4-cup COCOA powder
1-1/2-cup /or 300g white sugar
1-tablespoon Baking powder
1-teaspoon Baking soda
1/2-teaspoon SALT
2-teaspoon kalamansi or Lemon or Plain vinegar
1-teaspoon Vanilla extract
1-1/2-cup room temp Water
1/2-cup Cooking oil

Ganache
2/3-cup room temp Water
3/4-cup white sugar
2-tablespoon Margarine or Butter
1/3-cup COCOA powder
1-cup third class flour /or All purpose flour

Note: kapag Gagawa po kau ng Ganache mas maganda po Gamitin SOFT WHEAT FLOUR or mas kilala sa tawag na third class flour mas
Mababa po ang Protein ng third class flour kaysa all purpose flour
