Korean Potato Salad(Gamja salad, 감자샐러드)
HEY:) I made Korean Potato Salad(Gamja salad, 감자샐러드)
In fact, this is not the ‘traditional Korean food’, but Koreans usually have this as ‘banchan’, side dish or put this into the sandwich.
You can enjoy this even if you are not familiar with Korean sauces. Because I’m going to use mayonnaise. It qualifies as a guilty pleasure. Trust me 😇 It's yummy!

3 small potatoes
½ cucumber
¼ carrot
2 eggs
Half cup Korean mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
