Mastering Push 2: A Beginner's Quick and Easy Guide in 13.5 Minutes

Welcome to our 13-minute beginner's guide to playing with Push 2! In this video, we will cover all
the basic functions you need to know to get started with this powerful music production controller.
We will start by showing you how to add a device and track in Push 2. This will allow you to start creating and manipulating sounds within your DAW (digital audio workstation). We will also show you how to change the scale, which will allow you to create melodies and chord progressions that fit a specific musical key.
Next, we will demonstrate how to play a MIDI instrument on the 64 pads and on the drum rack. This will allow you to create beats and melodies with a wide range of virtual instruments. We will also show you how to change the color of the pads to make it easier to visualize your musical ideas.
We will then move on to recording clips in Push 2. This will allow you to capture your musical ideas and experiment with different arrangements and effects. We will also show you how to delete clips, so you can tidy up your project and keep it organized.
In addition to these basic features, we will also cover basic functions like soloing, muting, and stopping tracks, as well as triggering scenes. These powerful tools will give you even more control and flexibility as you work on your music.
Finally, we will cover two important features: the metronome and fixed length looping. The metronome will help you keep time while you are playing or recording, while the fixed length looping will allow you to easily create repeating sections of music.
