Unity Post processing Volumes (Universal RP)
Be sure to install the Package : Post Processing V2
This set up may differ for later versions of unity.
If you are not seeing the post process effect, locate the UniversalRP-HighQuality and change the Post-processing Feature Set to Post Processing V2
