Standing up from a bridge is a fun (and practical, if you're a performer) contortion trick to learn. It requires not only a great deal of active backbending flexibility/strength, but understanding of how to use your glutes and the front of your core to propel the lift. This video shows 4 exercises that can help work on the strength/flexibility required (assuming you already have a comfortable narrow bridge to start with), as well as a way to "fake" stand up from a bridge by way of a three-legged tabletop.
