175 g ground almonds
75 g margarine
50 ml vegetable cream
75 g applesauce without sugar
35 g cornstarch
1/2 tsp bitter almond
1 tbsp dark rum (optional)
90 g blond sugar
• Assembly of the cake •
2 puff pastry without butter
1 tbsp soy yogurt
1 tbsp of agave syrup
