Are sellers finally starting to list? 
Are sellers finally starting to list their homes? Yes. It’s great to see more new listings in January 2024 compared to January 2023. This is something to celebrate, but we also have to keep it in context since last January was the lowest January on record in decades in Sacramento.
In short, this is something to be excited about, but it’s also something not to hype. No matter what, this is absolutely the direction we want to go to see more new listings and more sales happening. Let’s keep watching.
