Definition on Operation of Terms
Algebraic expression is a symbol or grouped of symbols representing a number.
The term is a part of an algebraic expression taken with the sign immediately preceding it.
The coefficient of literal number is called numerical coefficient and the coefficient of numerical number is called literal coefficient.
Similar terms are numbers having the same literal coefficients such as 2abc, 3abc, -45abc, 12abc.
Dissimilar terms are numbers having different literal coefficients such as 3a2b, 14xyz, 25abxy, 20x.
