Guitar improvisation with backing track
I bought a guitar back in 2021 - 888 days ago to be precise - and I've been finding my way around it since then which has been a great joy. For a long time I wasn't making much progress but recently things have started to sing a bit. I'm sure if I had a good teacher and had gone through all the beginner steps I would be farther along but that hasn't really been the point for me - there are 1,000's of people who are fabulous guitar players - for me it's been about the discovery, the training of ear and fingers, and relating it back to my fundamenal truth which is that MAKING music - not just listening to it - but making it yourself - is good for the soul. Here's where I'm at today - thanks to a pleasant backing track found on YouTube I have something to improv over - maybe you will enjoy listening to it a bit as much as I enjoyed making it.
