I like my toms tuned high. Not quite Snoop Dogg high but pretty close
I love the sound (and look) of the Yamaha Live custom kit in this video. Even though it may not be everyones cup of tea I love tuning my toms super high like this, and the oak shells I find really help round out the bottom end.
