FusionSync Tutorial - Part 03: Region of Interest Fusion Method
Demonstration of the Region of Interest Fusion Method using the Chimaera FusionSync 1.0 plugin for aycan OsiriX Pro.
Automatic rigid registration does not make much sense in case of different breathing states or soft tissue motion between acquisitions. In FusionSync, we still have the opportunity to achieve meaningful registration results in specific parts of the body using a region of interest registration.
