SPECT - MR Registration
With the technology of image registration two images can be aligned in a common coordinate system such that corresponding image content is spatially coinciding. The goal of registration is to compensate for the patient motion between different image acquisitions. In this video you see the automatic registration between a SPECT and an MR scan.
