Kidney Annotation using a Smart-Brush
Fast and interactive Kidney segmentation in OsiriX using a smart-brush. The smart-brush performs a region analysis to determine which anatomical region belongs to the desired ROI. The smart-brush allows to interactively correct and refine the ROI. The segmentation plugin allows to export ROIs to an Office environment (spreadsheet) for further processing.
