We're off to see the whales!
We'd heard that one or two Grey Whales have been coming into the mouth of the bay on the falling tide, so we rowed out in search of them.
No whales were in evidence, but we saw the usual seals and sea lions, and that plus a 9-mile row was good enough for us.
