Joining the 2 piece kilt, part 2
Here is the seam after the pleats are sewn - not visible from inside or outside, and not readily apparent to the touch.
Although I won't claim that this is the /only/ way to do this, it's a simple method which requires the bare minimum of tools (a needle & thread and a pressing iron) and can be done quite quickly.
