E Carnaval w Sergio Brandao
During the lockdown in 2021, I produced a song/video with ATN Stadwijk that was inspired by Tatiana Kressman who is the daughter of Tania Maria and Eric Kressman. She asked me to assemble some of the NY crew who played in Tania's band in the 80's and 90's and record a song for her, which I was more than happy to do. I really wanted Sergio to play with me on the track and when I asked him, he was really enthusiastic about it but told me he wasn''t really sure how to record. Well, thankfully for us, he figured it out and recorded this bass track for our project. On the original, I mixed myself and Sergio in but now, on the one year anniversary of his departure, I wanted to present the track with only Sergio's bass. I changed the video some but it's basically the same one we made in 2021. Enjoy maestro Sergio Brandao. I believe this may be one of the last things he recorded.
