This video has been bursting to get out of me for literally years. I think the main reason it took so long is that i needed to do a huge amount of deep work on myself in order to have the energy of having come out the other side. I also wanted to get the best, most beautiful shots I could and It has taken time to gather them.
I wanted to attempt to make a video that walks a fine line between the dreamy and material and that expresses the different parts of me and my passions. Making this video has filled me with insane amounts of joy!

All shots were taken by me, apart from: anything where I'm swimming or holding fire! These shots were taken by @AdrianKingsleyHughes, the drone shot of me sleeping at the foot of the pine trees was taken by my friend Justin Williams after I crashed my drone into a tree attempting to get that shot😆! The second shot of a basking shark (the really big one with its mouth open) was taken by the man next to me in the water as my camera broke (timing!!)!! His name is Kerr Johnson. The other shark shots were by me (before the camera broke)! Many of the underwater shots of me were taken by Meilyr Wyn or Sioned Eleri Roberts and the shots of me playing violin were from a video called 'Nosda Nain', music by @meilyrwyn2026 In order to get some of the shots I needed other people to wear the cloak so I could move about and operate a drone, so underneath the cloak in different scenes (in order of appearance) were my friends Rebecca Djali, Charlotte Pinder, Claire Mace and Sioned Eleri Roberts.
