Street Fighter V Arcade Edition: Rashid's Run Input bug
This is a full on show case of Rashid's Run Input bug and where it can happen elsewhere like in Juri or Alex.
This is a core engine bug in the implementation of the 0x1000 flag in the status line. We're not really sure what this flag does in detail yet.
