This video shows you how to install and use the Märklin m84 decoder for lights by connecting it to the lights powered by a light transformer. The video describes how to install both the newest black edition Märklin 60842 and the older white edition Märklin 60841 of the m84 decoder. It is show how to use the m84 with both the Mobile Station 2 (MS2) and the Central Station 3 (CS3).

It is illustrated how to install Faller 180110 LED lattice light masts using a 12V DC power supply and Viessmann 5080 clock using a 16V AC power supply. You can connect a group of lights to each connector of the m84. Additionally, it is show how to reconfigure the m84 such that you can light 8 independent groups of lights
