I don’t believe in “talent” as much as you would assume an artist should.
Yes - I did have an affinity for drawing and colors as a child. It’s what I *liked but not necessarily what I was good at. At least not to the level of being a once in a lifetime prodigy.
I did not come out of the womb with this level of inherent skill and knowledge
20 years in the making, discipline and dedication have turned me into a “talented” artist
