🚀 What do high school robotics, a local STEM center, and million-dollar aerospace equipment have in common?

They're all part of an extraordinary journey that turned teenage dreams into manufacturing reality.

Check this out: At first glance, you might think this this video is just about Conceptual Innovations revolutionary HALODRIVE. It's REALLY about how investing in youth TODAY creates the innovators shaping our industry TOMORROW

The Formula:

1️⃣ Sponsor a high school FIRST robotics team - Get involved at a local level EARLY. This doesn't have to be a financial investment, but lending time and expertise can be just as valuable as long as you are consistent. Build it into your company culture and your mission statement. Offer paid time off for employees who get involved. Offer unpurchased spindle time and extra material to help teach and build.

2️⃣ Build a community STEM center - While this may not be financially viable for every company to do, there are other opportunities to build. Collaborating with multiple manufacturers and high schools in your area to support a center like Peak Innovation Center in Arkansas could be a way to pool resources and have an impact across multiple school districts. Supporting and helping prop up local programs like MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network Early College Early Career (ECEC) programs to expose high school students to manufacturing and the available industry careers, while building a talent pipeline for employers.

3️⃣ Nurture local talent relentlessly - This was the most impactful part...If you've followed steps 1 and 2, the final stage is to keep the talent home. That means there has to be an opportunity for them to step into. If there isn't an opportunity. CREATE ONE...or your most talented software engineer may go work for your competition...or even worse...in a bakery 😉 Andrew Dobbins

The Harvest:

✅ Brilliant engineers
✅ Creative designers
✅ Cutting-edge programmers
✅ Innovative software engineers
...and a groundbreaking product moving millions in aerospace equipment

This isn't charity. It's not a 'nice-to-have.' It's the new blueprint for The New American Manufacturing Renaissance
