Don’t let your face be the problem
Nearly 60% of people are using Linkedin on their Mobile phone the below screenshot was taken on the LinkedIn mobile app to show you an example.

Your profile picture moves to the centre on mobile so you need to ensure your banner is optimised for both desktop and especially mobile.
Even the best sometimes get it wrong….. (sorry Gary)
