How to play Pennywise by James Ernest
James Ernest of Crab Fragment Labs explains the rules to Pennywise, a classic change-making game from Cheapass Games.
Pennywise is a simple change-making game played with coins. Each player starts with the same handful of pocket change: for example, one quarter, two dimes, three nickels, and four pennies.
On each turn, you must play a coin into the center, and then take back change, up to one penny less than what you put in. So, if you play a nickel, you can take back up to four cents if they are available.
