Raw Sessions: "KangaDUb"
Happy weekend everyone!👽👽👽👽
This one’s called KangaDub and it’s been a real journey
The riddim started off as something completely different
I had the whole tune ready to dub and then I opened the project file and it was just empty
Still no clue if it was a bug or if I just somehow didn’t save anything the whole time
Wouldn’t even be surprised at this point
Also this is the first dub I’ve done fully in Ableton
Which made it a bit of a challenge
I’m okay with Ableton but had to kind of relearn the DAW and figure out how to edit stems again

If I can tag him I definitely will
Meanwhile I had 5 shows in 5 days
So this was all edited on the road
And to make it even more fun
Half the footage is in 24fps and the other half in 25
So yeah basically everything that could go wrong kind of did
Also
I got my first YouTube hate comment this week :D
It was under my Rototom performance video
And ten minutes after the guy commented
Rototom liked the reel
Felt very poetic :D
