As you know by now this is One of the most popular programs out there with One hundred percent financing and no monthly PMI (premium mortgage insurance). So here are the general rules of eligibility:
those who served in active duty for the army, navy, air force, marines, and coast guard and were discharged under conditions other than dishonorable, served 90 days or more during wartime or 181 days continuous or more during peacetime.
