No bake naughty but nice Oreo bite-sized nibbles!
Love Oreo ice cream but would love a new Oreo recipe? This video is a great alternative to the 'how to make Oreo cupcakes' question. These Oreo lollipops are like Oreo truffles or Oreo Cheesecake on a stick, with a little extra naughtiness thrown in. This is a homemade Oreo cookies recipe that is guaranteed to please!
Ingredients:
310g Oreo cookies
150g cream cheese
200g white chocolate
Method:
1. Tip the Oreo cookies into a food processor. Whiz until fine crumbs
2. Mix the Oreo cookies and cream cheese together to form a ball
3. Roll the mixture into 3cm balls
4. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes or fridge for 30 minutes or until firm
5. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time
6. Dip the lollipop stick into the white chocolate and push it 1-2cm into the Oreo balls
7. Once all done, dip each Oreo lollipop into the white chocolate and stand them up on the tray. Repeat with all Oreo lollipops
8. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes or the fridge for 20 minutes or until set
9. Serve
