I can't find any sources, (Quickly anyhow), to substantiate mah claims about the non-decomposability of neural nets, (Just another one of those splinters of partial memory in my dam_n mind)... closest I could muster is compression, (Which is NOT the same but... all I got: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1910.13141.pdf.
