Wild Blueberry Banana Bread
My neighbour brought me 4 cups of wild blueberries which I turned into wild blueberry banana bread. I ate. half of the loaf over the course of the day (as one does) and have sliced and frozen the rest to eat warmed up and slathered in butter on cold winter nights when I could go weeks without ever even seeing a neighbour outside.
