It's kind of difficult to let go. This usually happens often when we hold information and we are too attached to the information that we own. We can't seem to decide which information is more important and which is less.
Not being able to decide which information is more important is not beneficial when comes to using those information for presentations. We most often ended up using most of the information for the slides and making the presentation too cluttered and not focused.
"Not Everything is Important." should be always at the top of our minds when it comes to using information for presentations.
We have to break apart complex information and put a label on the more important information versus the less important and then the least important information. This will ensure that we can easily choose to use only the most important information for the presentation to keep the slides simple and straight to the point.
Not Everything is Important!
Everything seems to be important.
