●What are the Guard's True Strength?
This is a humorous play where the player uses the power of the Guard to clear the stage while being prohibited from attacking any enemy soldiers except the Supreme Commander.
*Attacks are defined as normal attacks, charge attacks, Musou Ranbu, bow attacks, and mounted attacks.
*Damage caused by colliding with enemy soldiers while riding on horseback is not considered a hostile action and is therefore excluded.
*The commander-in-chief cannot be defeated by guards, so the player must deliver the finishing blow.
●How to utilize guards even on the hardest difficulty
The strength of enemy soldiers in Dynasty Warriors 2 depends on ① system difficulty, ② stage difficulty, and ③ Player 1's stats.
Of these, Player 1's stats are:
The higher Player 1's attack power, the stronger enemy soldiers' defense power.
The higher Player 1's defense power, the stronger enemy soldiers' attack power.
Furthermore, allied soldiers, including guards, are not affected by Player 1's stats.
This means that the lower Player 1's stats, the stronger allied soldiers, including guards, can be relatively strengthened.
Specifically, Essentially, by setting the attack and defense power of player 1 to their initial stats, and training the attack and defense power of the guards as much as possible and strengthening them with equipment and items, one of them can gain the offensive power of a mob general, creating a situation where it's no exaggeration to say that they're stronger than the player themselves.
Furthermore, by strengthening the guards with the Guardian's Knowledge and increasing the enemy general's weakening rate with the Encouragement Drum, you can gain an advantage in battle.
